My name is Darin LeBlanc, owner/operator of Spectrum Home Inspections. I believe choosing the right home inspector is the most important aspect of the home inspection process. A combination of technical education and hands on experience is the proper background for a home inspector to possess.

• Diploma in Construction Technology from Nova Scotia Institute of Technology
• Diploma in Residential Home Inspections from Ashworth College
• A member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

I am no stranger to home construction. Aside from my technical education, I’ve participated in many home constructions, renovations, electrical and mechanical modifications/installations. Home construction has always been of great interest to me. With my keen eye for detail you can expect a fair, comprehensive report of the property you need inspected.

I have been a resident of River Bourgeois all my life. Enjoyment is found spending time with my two daughters and boating on the Bras D’Or Lakes.
